A perfect storm of pre-holiday sickness

The storm of sickness swept into our house on Sunday, while we were hosting a big cookie exchange party. Our little boy became fevered, threw up, and likely infected many in his path. Then a sister became fevered, another kid got the runs, two parents succumbed to intestinal unpleasantness, then little boy got tonsillitis, fevers...and now it is Friday. And I'm ready for some really strong medicine!

Clearly it's all this housebound time that has given me opportunity to avoid the squalor in which I now live in order to post a few words on the blog. Hoping for brighter, healthier days ahead!
