On top of the world

This summer, at a penny carnival, the L-man paid two cents to have his fortune told. He had one important question for her: "Will I ever go up the CN Tower?". Her reply: "Yes." And so, my son had his little dream come true on Friday. During our regular route down the Gardiner expressway to visit my brother's family, we asked the kids to tell us when they could see the CN tower. Once we passed it, I asked them if they wanted to go up. "Right now?" they asked, disbelieving (they ask us this every time we pass). "Right now." I wished I could have captured the delight on their faces. What I managed to capture instead were the kids having fun on the tower's famous - and scary! - glass floor.
