My now four year old girl (pictured here at preschool in her birthday cape and hat), has talked, up until now, without pronouncing the "Rs" on the end of her words: "Let's get in the
cah now." "I wanna drive my bike really
fah". Lately, she has begun emphatically chewing off those Rs. Today she talked about putting something in a
jaRrrrr. She looked at me, grinned proudly, repeated it a few times, then skipped away. She's getting so big now, and I can feel myself already missing that baby talk already.
